The milling units feature automatic feed and can be operated individually. In the automatic cycle, two milling units are always operative.

The workpiece table handles the movement for creating water drainage slots; the stroke is adjustable to set the length of the slots. All machine functions are fully managed via PLC.

The profile clamping system utilizes pneumatic cylinders, managed via a low and high-pressure cycle for operator safety.

Simple adjustment of units using graduated scales (angle, height, depth) by means of handwheels.

Advantages

  • The lower head can be tilted with a wide range of adjustments to work on any type of profile. It can translate relative to the other units via an automatic device.

  • The tilting head can be shifted laterally to misalign the lower discharge from the external one. This misalignment for the right and left slots occurs via a fully automatic exchange.

  • Counter-molds are universal and easily adjustable to ensure secure support for the profiles.

  • The reference stops for the right and left slots are adjustable.
