The MC TOP SYNTESIS 6020 is a 3-axis CNC machining center with a gantry X-axis, designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and versatility in the optimized processing of large panels and sheets made of composite materials, aluminum, PVC, polycarbonate, and polystyrene. —– It is equipped with an integrated vacuum clamping system using a breathable MDF spoiler board, powered by three 5.5 kW vacuum pumps with automatic sequential activation based on panel size; these dimensions automatically and sequentially activate one to five vacuum zones. —– Features include a powerful 7.5 kW electro-spindle, a 12-position automatic tool changer, tool cooling at -10°C, a 4 kW dust extraction system with height-adjustable hood, and zero-reference stops for easy panel loading. —– AlphaCam software and post-processor are standard, as is the complete set of tools for composite materials and programs for resurfacing and replacing the sacrificial board. Perimeter fencing with optical barrier photocells is included. Options include a real-panel-height probe and a tool presetter. It ensures fast, clean processing with minimal material waste.
