The MK2-LV is a two-head automatic corner welder with PLC-controlled cycles, designed to ensure precision, reliability, and high productivity in PVC profile processing. Equipped with pneumatic locking of the mobile head, movements on linear guides with recirculating ball slides, and a fully automatic work cycle, it ensures consistent quality and maximum production efficiency. Both the melting plate temperature and the melting time are adjustable, as is the weld bead size via the welding knives. —– Left welding angle fixed at 90°, right angle variable between 45° and 180°. It handles wide profile dimensions, with a maximum width of 160mm and heights ranging from 30mm to 200mm.
