The PL-E is a 2-axis CNC corner cleaner designed to ensure precision, speed, and efficiency in welding bead removal and PVC frame finishing. The axes slide on linear guides and are equipped with brushless motors with absolute encoders. The machine features two tool units (upper and lower) capable of working on the top, bottom, internal, and external faces of the welded corner, providing total cleaning without the need for additional manual intervention. ——- The tooling includes a frame loader, a 250mm blade for external side cleaning, upper and lower flat knives (or grooving tools for foiled profiles to be manually selected), a double-contoured tool for cleaning curved or sloped profile sections, upper and lower milling bits, and an upper internal corner tool. The advanced yet user-friendly software ensures an automated, high-quality manufacturing process. —– Minimum profile height: 40mm, maximum height: 180mm, maximum width: 145mm.
