The 4 clamps slide on high-precision linear guides with recirculating ball bearing blocks; they are manually positioned with the support of an optional laser indicator, which is fixed to the electrospindle head.

Two standard profile stops.

Two alignment stops are included as standard, allowing for the loading of either two complementary-length profiles or a single profile covering the entire working area. The software also supports processing of workpieces twice the length of the effective working area as standard, up to approximately 5800 mm.

Advantages

  • Maximum productivity. Manually positioned clamps with an optional laser indicator. Rapid movements with speeds of up to 60 m/min make the machining center particularly productive.

  • Maximum safety. Safety is guaranteed by the upward-sliding door and shatterproof screen.

  • 3-axis interpolation. Drilling, tapping, end-milling, and milling operations can be performed with linear and circular interpolation.

  • Electro-welded bed. Monolithic bed, a Mecal signature. The bottom of the bed collects swarf, which must be easily and manually removed through the designated opening on the right-hand side.

  • Tool lubrication and cooling. Tool cooling is provided by a control unit with a minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) system.
