4-axis CNC machining center with double rotating beam, for processing aluminum, light alloy, PVC, and steel profiles.
Eight standard, individually motorized clamps for correct workpiece securing, featuring simultaneous automatic movement (MMI). 10 or 12 clamps are optional. The standard supplementary pads on the moving part of the clamps allow for a clamping width of up to 300mm.
The two mobile beams can rotate to any angle within the -125° to +125° range, allowing for complex and customizable machining without the need for manual repositioning. Multiple operational modes are available: in a single working field, in pendulum mode, or multi-piece pendulum mode.
Automatic tool magazine with 11 positions, with two additional magazines available for a total of 17 tools. Management of angular heads for Y-axis cutting and end-to-tail machining.
Ability to process profiles from small widths up to 300mm in Y. Optional features include a workpiece length reader, an infrared multi-directional probe, and tool presetting. Upon request, the machine can be manufactured with telescopic clamps and standard or lowered beams for processing curved aluminum or steel profiles.
The four standard retractable reference stops allow for the loading of four profiles at a time or a single long profile, providing great operational flexibility.
8.5 kW 24,000 rpm HSK-63F air-cooled electrospindle, with or without encoder; 10 kW version optional.
Maximum productivity. Pendulum machining in masked time. Independently motorized clamps for ultra-fast clamp setup.
Maximum safety. Safety guaranteed by the double upward-sliding door and shatterproof shields.
3-axis interpolation. Drilling, tapping, end-milling, and milling operations can be performed with linear and circular interpolation.
Optimized scrap evacuation. Pre-arranged for chip and scrap collection bins, with the option to install a motorized conveyor belt for waste evacuation.
Tool lubrication and cooling. Tool cooling is managed by a minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) unit. An optional tool cooling system for dry machining is available.
Self-lubricating linear guides. All slideways and ball screws are lubricated via an automatic centralized system. The CNC axes slide on precision guides and are driven by digital motors, ensuring stability and machining accuracy.

4-axis controlled CNC machining center dedicated to processing aluminum, light alloy, PVC, and steel profiles. The 4th axis consists of two rotating beams with a rotation range from –125° to +125° on the horizontal axis, capable of positioning at any intermediate angle. The machine is equipped with 4 reference stops and 8 standard MMI (independently motorized) clamps—with options for 10 or 12—and can operate in pendulum mode for up to 4 workpieces in masked time, or process extra-long profiles utilizing the entire working length.
The machine can perform operations on the top face and all lateral faces of the profile at any inclination within the range. It features an 11-station tool magazine with automatic tool change located at the center of the bed, plus two optional additional aggregate magazines for a total of 17 tools, capable of housing angular units for end and tail machining, angular heads for Y-axis cutting, and disc cutters for end-milling operations.
It also includes a function that facilitates ergonomic workpiece loading and unloading. Finally, it comes standard with the MAM system (automatic clamp movement during the machining cycle), a feature that makes it particularly suitable for the Automotive sector. Extremely fast positioning speeds up to 140 m/min. Y-axis clamping capacity up to 300mm.
