The MMI system enables simultaneous and precise clamp positioning, reducing set-up times for fluid and productive machining on complex profiles.

The 4 CNC axes, with the spindle axis tilting up to ±91°, ensure maximum flexibility for complex machining. A protective enclosure and light curtains guarantee a safe working environment, reducing risks and maintenance costs.

The axes, mounted on precision linear guides and driven by brushless servomotors, ensure stability and high-accuracy results across various materials. 8.5 kW electrospindle with or without encoder; 10 kW and 12 kW options available.

Tool change efficiency, guaranteed speed.

The quick-change system and the on-board tool magazine ensure a continuous workflow with maximum speed for every operation. 12-position rotary magazine, plus two optional aggregate magazines. An optional angular head enables head and tail machining.

4-axis controlled CNC machining center suitable for heavy-duty material removal on aluminum, light alloys, iron, and steel profiles. Profile positioning is simplified thanks to clamp closing from the operator’s side. The MD (double clamp) system features two seats for each clamp with independent clamping adjustments. It is equipped with 8 standard independent motorized clamps and the MMI system for rapid repositioning; when using double clamps, up to 8 profiles can be secured for pendular machining. The tool magazine, located on the X-axis carriage, features 12 stations. Two additional optional aggregate magazines are available.
