The axes, mounted on precision linear guides and driven by brushless servomotors, ensure stability and high-accuracy results across various materials. 8.5 kW electrospindle with or without encoder; 10 kW and 12 kW options available.

Tool change efficiency, guaranteed speed.

The quick-change system and the on-board tool magazine ensure a continuous workflow with maximum speed for every operation. It features a 12-position rotary magazine, plus two optional aggregate magazines. An optional angular head can perform end-machining as well as processing on the vertical faces of the profile.

3-axis CNC machining centre suitable for heavy-duty material removal on aluminium, light alloy, iron, and steel profiles. Easy profile positioning thanks to the operator-side clamp closing. The MD (double clamps) system features two housings for each clamp, with independent clamping adjustments. It features 8 standard clamps with the DPM system, meaning a cylinder integral with the electrospindle head automatically moves the clamps sequentially; with double clamps, up to 8 profiles can be clamped for pendulum machining. The tool magazine, located on the X-axis carriage, features 12 positions. Two additional optional aggregate magazines.
