4-axis machining center for processing Aluminum, Light Alloys, PVC, and Steel.
Four standard clamps for the correct clamping of the workpiece, with DPM (Clamp Positioning Device) sequential automatic movement; fifth and sixth clamps are optional.
Working beam rotation to all intermediate angles – Double Length Cycle Management. The tilting beam can be positioned at any angle within the -125° and +125° range. The software manages the milling cycle with manual workpiece repositioning on stop 2, for lengths exceeding 8000mm.
With dedicated accessories, it is possible to perform machining on multiple profile faces and end-milling operations with a disc cutter on both ends. Optional features include the tool preset, workpiece length reader, multidirectional infrared touch probe, barcode reader, and interface with external software.
10-slot tool magazine located in the center of the bed to reduce tool change times. Optionally, two additional magazines can be added at both ends of the bed, increasing tool availability up to 16 slots. The aggregate magazines are the ideal solution for housing both angular heads and extension tube tools, as well as regular tools.
The standard electro-spindle is 6kW ISO 30 at 18,000 rpm; optional HSK F63 8.5kW at 24,000 rpm, available with or without encoder.
Two standard aligners are included, allowing for the loading of either two profiles of complementary lengths or a single profile that spans the entire working area.
Maximum productivity. DPM sequential automatic positioning clamps for automatic setup. Rapid movements with speeds up to 80 m/min make the machining center exceptionally productive.
Maximum safety. Safety is guaranteed by the upward-sliding door and shatterproof shield.
3-axis interpolation. Drilling, tapping, end-milling, and milling operations can be performed with linear and circular interpolation.
Waste evacuation optimization. Pre-arranged for chip and scrap collection tanks, with the possibility of installing a motorized conveyor belt for waste evacuation.
Tool lubrication and cooling. Tool cooling is provided by a minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) unit. An optional tool cooling system for dry machining is also available.
Self-lubricating linear guides. All slideways and ball screws are lubricated via a centralized automatic system. The CNC axes slide on precision guides and are driven by digital motors, ensuring stability and machining accuracy.

4-axis CNC machining center designed for processing aluminum, light alloy, PVC, and steel profiles, equipped with suitable protection. The 4th axis consists of a motorized beam with a rotation capacity from –125° to +125° on the horizontal axis, including intermediate angles. The machine can therefore perform machining operations on the top and side faces of the profile at any angle within this range. It features clamps positioned sequentially by the DPM automatic system (Clamp Positioning Device), consisting of a pneumatic cylinder integral to the spindle head. It is equipped with a 10-slot tool magazine with automatic tool change, located in the center of the bed, plus two optional additional magazines for a total of 16 tools, capable of housing an angular unit for head and tail machining or Y-cutting, and a disc cutter for end-milling operations. It also features a function that facilitates workpiece loading and unloading. With the optional pads for the moving parts of the clamps, a clamping capacity of 300mm is achieved.
