MC 316 Swing
High-productivity multi-axis automatic line for the machining and bar-cutting of aluminum, light alloy, and PVC extruded profiles.
- up to 38 axis
Automatic Loading System
Automatic bar loading and compacting system with in-process feeding. A dynamic storage table for profiles up to 300x200mm (independent of section geometry) feeds a bar pusher equipped with a 4-axis controlled gripper for precise clamping. An optional CNC tilting system ensures correct profile orientation for all geometries. The standard compacting system allows for storage of up to 10 bars. Aligners and vertical clamps facilitate profile processing and feeding into the machining cabin. All sequence and timing parameters are software-configurable.
Advanced CNC-controlled clamping system for Y and Z axes.
Advanced CNC-controlled system for Y and Z-axis workpiece clamping, featuring single or double CNC-controlled counter-blocks in Y and Z on each of the three standard clamps. Bar clamping via dynamic system. Sequential closing control and operating pressure managed directly by the CNC. Optional CNC-controlled mobile clamp on the X-axis with movement synchronized to the rotary table for greater machining precision and reduced overhang.
Tool pre-setting
Tool length measurement and integrity check system.
Gantry-mounted multi-spindle revolver head.
Up to 8 electrospindles (4.5kW) with HSK 40C quick-release couplings, featuring a pneumatic deployment system on guides and NC-controlled slewing ring rotation of +/- 181°. The gantry moves along 3 NC axes, enabling machining on the bar clamped in the vices.
Independent cutting unit.
3-axis NC cutting system featuring a Ø550mm down-acting blade with Y and Z-axis feed and 0-360° vertical axis rotation. An optional 3-axis NC rear blade (Ø400mm) is available for frontal cutting, featuring 0-180° transverse axis rotation.
3-axis NC end-milling unit
3-axis NC end-milling or 4-axis NC head and tail milling unit. These units for end-of-profile processing allow for milling, tapping, and end-milling on the workpiece extremities along X, Y, and Z axes plus A-axis rotation.
