The 4 clamps slide on high-precision linear guides with recirculating ball bearing blocks; they are manually positioned with the support of an optional laser indicator, which is fixed to the electrospindle head.

Two standard profile stops.

Two alignment stops are included as standard, allowing for the loading of either two complementary-length profiles or a single profile covering the entire working area. The software also supports processing of workpieces twice the length of the effective working area as standard, up to approximately 5800 mm.

Advantages

  • Electro-welded bed. Monolithic bed, a Mecal signature. The bottom of the bed collects swarf, which must be easily and manually removed through the designated opening on the right-hand side.

  • Tool lubrication and cooling. Tool cooling is provided by a control unit with a minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) system.
