The PL-E is a two-axis CNC corner cleaner designed for the automatic removal of welding beads on PVC frame or sash squares. Equipped with brushless motors and absolute encoders, it features a blade for external corner cleaning, along with cutters and knives for the complete cleaning of internal and external corners. The intuitive software ensures fast, precise processing without the need for manual intervention, providing an automated and accurate finish.

The interface simplifies the configuration of machining parameters, speeding up set-up and improving operational productivity. For each tool on both slides, the toolpath can be easily drawn.

High efficiency without manual intervention thanks to full automation.

The system automatically manages the processing of different profiles, increasing operational continuity and reducing the risk of errors. For each profile, it determines whether it is white or laminated, with or without gaskets, and if it has inclined or curved sides. Based on these parameters, the correct tools are selected before starting. On-screen messages and double confirmations prevent any errors.

The PL-E is a 2-axis CNC corner cleaner designed to ensure precision, speed, and efficiency in welding bead removal and PVC frame finishing. The axes slide on linear guides and are equipped with brushless motors with absolute encoders. The machine features two tool units (upper and lower) capable of working on the top, bottom, internal, and external faces of the welded corner, providing total cleaning without the need for additional manual intervention. ——- The tooling includes a frame loader, a 250mm blade for external side cleaning, upper and lower flat knives (or grooving tools for foiled profiles to be manually selected), a double-contoured tool for cleaning curved or sloped profile sections, upper and lower milling bits, and an upper internal corner tool. The advanced yet user-friendly software ensures an automated, high-quality manufacturing process. —– Minimum profile height: 40mm, maximum height: 180mm, maximum width: 145mm.
