Thanks to the direct upward or radial cutting with 600mm blades, the motorised tilting from 45° to 90° of the blades inside the heads (fixed at 90°), and the 3-axis CN control, the machine is highly versatile and suitable for both window/door profiles and straight cutting of extra-wide profiles for the Industry and Transport sectors.

The absence of cutting unit rotation combined with motorized blade tilting within the heads makes the machine highly versatile. It is ideal for straight cuts on wide profiles as well as for standard door, window, and shutter profiles, including out-of-square angles.

All cutting cycles are included as standard: twin-blade, under-length, and ultra-short (including 0 mm center-to-center distance at 45°/45°), plus over-length cycles. Standard step-by-step feeding for all angles, including final pieces at 45°/45°. Wedge cutting and notching cycles are also built-in as standard.

The TDC 622 Dynacut 3A is a double-head mitre saw with 3 CNC axes and Ø 600 mm blades, designed for high precision, advanced automation, and maximum production efficiency. It features a tilting-ascending blade exit that discriminates between direct or radial modes based on the profile width. It boasts an impressive cutting diagram of 515mm in the Y-axis.

The two cutting units are fixed at 90°, while the motorized tilting of the blades inside the heads ranges from 45° to 90°. Over-measure, under-measure, and step-by-step cycles come as standard, as does the first intermediate profile support (second and third are optional).

Mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic components are top-of-the-market. It includes a 15” Schneider IPC with a detachable display and a standard VPN router for remote Industrial IoT diagnostics of both components and the desktop.

Ideal for straight cuts on structural aluminum and transport sector profiles, as well as window and shutter profiles with angles between 45° and 90°. Options include the DBE (Dynamic Belt Extractor), a safety fence with photocells, and a dynamic motorized belt for step-by-step part evacuation. Profile database population is achieved with 1 click, and it is interfaced with 51 software packages worldwide.
