All cutting cycles are included as standard: two-blade, under-minimum, and ultra-short (including 0mm center distance at 45°-90°), as well as over-length cycles. Step-by-step cutting is standard, even for 45°-90° final pieces. Trimming cut (spuntato) is also included as standard.

Effective blade cooling for extended cutting precision and tool life.

All cutting cycles are included as standard: twin-blade, under-length, and ultra-short (including 0 mm center-to-center distance at 45°/45°), as well as over-length cycles. Standard step-by-step feeding for all angles, including final pieces at 45°/45°. Wedge cutting and notching cycles are also built-in as standard.

The SW 553 Argus is a double-head miter saw with 1 CNC axis, pneumatic outward tilting, Ø 550 mm blades, and a 5000 mm useful cutting length. Featuring a 10” Touch Screen HMI, it is designed for precision, advanced automation, and maximum production efficiency. It offers a wide cutting diagram (200 mm width) and extensive axis travel.
