FE 400 Inox Vico 7A
Double-head cutting machine specifically designed for cutting shaped steel and stainless steel profiles. 400 mm blades.
- 7 Axis
- Steel
Absolute precision with 7-axis CNC control
The 7-axis CNC automation ensures precise and repeatable cuts, optimizing blade tilt, speed, and feed for error-free cutting.
Custom angles, facilitating out-of-square frame cutting.
The cutting units tilt electronically between 45° and 135°, allowing for custom machining without constraints while enhancing production quality and versatility.
Bar supports - Twelve clamps!
The first intermediate support is standard, while the second and third are optional; the last one is always positioned at the end of the machine. It features 12 clamps: three horizontal and three vertical for each cutting unit.
User friendly software.
The HMI interface on a 15” Schneider Harmony IPC enables standard management of classic, over-measure, under-measure, and ultra-short (step-by-step) cutting down to 0 mm, optimizing materials and reducing waste. Access is managed via 5 credential levels. Automatic blade retraction is adjusted based on profile width.
Optional step-by-step cutting list
The machine can be equipped with a fence and photocell for executing the cutting list in step-by-step mode. An label printer is also available as an option.
Purpose-built blades – 110mm cutting width.
Blades are optimized with specific tooth count, pitch, geometry, and rake angle for steel cutting. Optional 8% Cobalt blades are available for extended life on stainless steel profiles. The dual emulsion lubrication system—internal to the head on the teeth and external at the point of contact—enables rapid feeding and high productivity. An optional secondary oil-pulse lubrication system is also available. The significant 110 mm Y-axis cutting width covers the entire range of steel window and door profiles currently on the market.
