Tool Magazine - Electrospindle

The 8-position tool magazine, integrated into the moving gantry, allows for tool changes in any working position, reducing downtime and boosting productivity. It can be equipped with aggregate units and angular heads for Y and X axis cutting using a 200mm saw blade. Features a 6kW ISO30 electrospindle or an optional 8.5kW HSK-F63 version.

The easy and intuitive CadCam3D software allows for rapid programming and execution. The optional Cadlink program enables the import of STEP and IGES files from 3D design software, ensuring fast workpiece execution.

  • Complex machining with 4 axes. The CNC manages the 4 axes, with the A-axis tiltable up to ±91°, allowing for precise inclined machining.

  • Precision and quality. Clamps and axes on precision linear guides ensure accurate machining, guaranteeing precision and quality.

  • Reliable workpiece clamping. Motorized clamps on precision guides ensure stable locking, optimizing machining quality and repeatability. Vertical clamps allow for X-axis cutting of the panel.

  • Workspace optimization. The division of the working area into two independent zones allows for the simultaneous loading and execution of multiple workpieces in pendulum mode, increasing production efficiency. The full machine length can be utilized to process particularly long profiles.

  • Optimized tool cooling system. The minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) unit ensures efficient coolant distribution, improving cutting conditions and extending tool life. Optional cold air cooling for dry machining on aluminium.

  • MES interfacing with various standards, including OPC UA for Industry 4.0. Optional hardware for dynamic energy monitoring for Industry 5.0 transition. Optional remote component diagnostics via Mecal VPN router for Industrial IoT.

4-axis CNC machining centre, ideal for processing sandwich panels for sectional doors, featuring optional automatic loading and unloading via motorized rollers, and the optional capability for X and Y panel cutting using angular heads equipped with 200mm saw blades. —– A versatile machining centre that also allows for the processing of aluminium, light alloy, and steel profiles. It features 8 standard independent motorized clamps that position themselves simultaneously, setting up the machine with high speed. —– The machine is equipped with two working zones and 4 fields, and can be used in pendulum mode for a significant increase in productivity. Alternatively, the full length can be used for particularly long panels or profiles. —– The electrospindle rotates +/- 91° on the A-axis to perform inclined machining. —– Upon request, it can be interfaced with motorized roller tables and photocells for high-productivity panel processing. —– It features an 8-position tool magazine located directly on the X-axis carriage, allowing for very rapid tool changes. It is frequently supplied with optional aggregate magazines and angular heads for X and Y cutting. —– Particularly valued for the clamp structure which significantly facilitates the loading of panels and profiles.
