Tool Magazine - Orbital Head.
12-position tool magazine plus a dedicated 350mm blade housing, located on the mobile column; together with the automatic tool-change electro-spindle, these allow for tool replacement at any position within the working field, optimizing cycle times and enhancing production efficiency. The 8.5kW Orbital Hiteco head (10kW optional) ensures a compact footprint and the capability to process short workpieces.
Machining in pendulum mode or on full-length bars.
Machining in pendulum mode or on full-length bars using the MDT cycle (cut and separate). An advanced solution for efficient cutting management. Motorized CNC-controlled clamps allow for the secure clamping of multiple workpieces simultaneously, enabling sequential cutting and automatic displacement along the longitudinal axis with CNC-guaranteed accuracy of a few hundredths. The cutting module and rapid tool change minimize execution times, increasing operational yield and optimizing productivity.
Extensive choice of optional features.
Tool presetter, multi-directional probe, forced fume extraction for sensitive applications, MAB cycle, electro-spindle up to 11kW, motorized chip conveyor, barcode reader, external software interface, label printer, motorized conveyor belt for workpiece evacuation in MAB mode.
User friendly software.
The CadCam3D software, easy and intuitive, allows for rapid programming and execution. The optional Cadlink program enables the importation of STEP and IGES files from 3D design software, ensuring rapid workpiece production.
MAB and MAM Cycles.
The Bar Advancement Module (MAB) cycle allows for the production of machined workpieces through step-by-step cutting. The MAM cycle enables the clamps to move and reposition with an accuracy of a few hundredths during the machining cycle.
