meSoft 2.0 enables realistic cycle simulation and high-performance anti-collision control; an optional cycle timing module is available for productivity calculation. Tool and counter-block (jig) design. Management of toolpaths, lead-in/lead-out types, overlap, and pocketing cycles with islands. Customizable machining sequences within the Mdt cycle, both before and after the separation cut. Full logging of operator and machine activities for interpretation by MES/MOM systems.

Advanced operational flexibility.

NC-controlled clamps with dedicated motors allow for simultaneous high-speed positioning of each clamp unit. This enables the machining of short parts with automatic repositioning during the machining cycle (Mam cycle). A barcode reader and label printer are available as options, while the remote control is included as standard.

5-axis controlled CNC machining center dedicated to the processing of aluminum, PVC, and steel bars or workpieces. It features two different operating modes: the first allows for the machining of full-length bars up to 7 meters in a single working area; the second, in pendular mode, enables the execution of multiple workpieces across two distinct working zones. All CNC axes are absolute and do not require homing upon machine restart. It is equipped with 8 standard motorized clamps which, in dynamic pendular mode, position themselves independently and in background time relative to the spindle machining processes in the opposite work zone. The 5 interpolating axes allow the electrospindle to rotate ±320° on the horizontal axis and ±185° continuously on the spindle axis to perform machining on all faces of the profile. It features a 12-station tool magazine located directly on the X-axis carriage, plus a dedicated saw blade compartment housing a 350 mm diameter blade. The mobile work table facilitates workpiece loading and unloading operations.
